Yes! We offer discounted rates for groups of 5 or more registrants from the same organization. Please contact our registration team at events@cbmcint.com for group pricing details.

Full refunds are available up to 60 days before the event. Between 30-60 days, a 50% refund is available. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.

Accommodation is not included in the standard registration fee, but we have secured special room rates at Le Meridien Dubai and several nearby hotels for convention attendees. Details will be provided upon registration.

Visa requirements vary by nationality. Many countries qualify for visa-on-arrival or e-visa for UAE. Please check with the UAE embassy or consulate in your country, or visit our Travel Information page for assistance.

Le Meridien Dubai is conveniently located near Dubai International Airport (approximately 15 minutes by taxi). The hotel is also accessible via Dubai Metro. We will provide detailed transportation guides closer to the event date.

Yes, we will provide simultaneous translation for major languages during main sessions. Specific languages will be announced closer to the event date based on attendee registration.

Yes! The schedule will include concurrent workshop sessions on various topics. You'll be able to select the sessions most relevant to your interests and needs when you check in at the event.

Main keynote sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees after the convention. Some workshop sessions may also be recorded, subject to speaker approval.
